What's New for 2025 at LEGOLAND Windsor

We are so excited to kick off our exciting 2025 season and LEGO City Deep Sea Adventure has resurfaced, which is a favourite attraction of mine and I know lots of guests love the ride too! The ride also includes a submarine which does contain a stair lift, please make sure you ask a ride assistant at the ride if you require this to access to the ride.

New for 2025, our Resort Accessible Social Story is available to reference as an additional accessible resource for those with additional sensory needs. This guide has been designed in mind for those who may benefit from gaining an understanding of the Theme Park environment before visiting, and what to expect in a day at LEGOLAND Windsor.

We now have nonverbal communication cards available for guests to collect on the day at Guest Services, The Ride Access Pass Hub, First Aid, any LEGOLAND Hotel Receptions or the Total Sensory Space! The card contains LEGO Emoji’s you can point to, to help showcase how you are feeling to others throughout your visit.

Another new addition to 2025 is our brand-new designated relief area for assistance animals, situated behind Desert Chase in Kingdom of the Pharaohs. Here, you can find dog bowls and waste bins as well as water supply via a hose, with gated entry-exit to an astro-turfed paddock. Please be sure to refer to the area rules signposted outside, as we ask those to kindly comply with our standards and expectations before use.

All our Ride Flashcards, Accessibility and Sensory Guides have had a re-design for 2025, so please make sure you check this out on our website https://www.legoland.co.uk/plan-your-day/before-you-visit/accessibility/theme-park-accessibility/

We are so excited to welcome guests back to the Resort for 2025 and don’t forget to contact our dedicated Accessibility Experience Team who are always happy with planning your visits. Please contact them via their dedicated Enquiry Form here https://www.legoland.co.uk/plan-your-day/before-you-visit/accessibility/accessibility-enquiry/

We hope you enjoy your visits with us this season ready for awesome family days out and experience the ultimate LEGO® adventure!

Thanks

Anna
